BCSS - Services to Non-Public Schools Under Chapters 192/193 of New Jersey State law, students in non-public schools may receive compensatory education, supplemental instruction, English as a Second Language, speech services, evaluation and classification, and home instruction from certified teachers employed by the Bergen County Special Services School District. Specialized Services are provided to eligible students through 192/193 and Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) statutes.
